Contemporaneous notes taken immediately after the February 24, 2026 conversation at the Osage County Clerk’s office. Clerk Brooke Dudenhoeffer stated multiple times she was “just doing what I’m told” by Travis Elliott (association lawyer) and a commissioner. When confronted withasked if the county might pay legal fees to fight the committee, she shrugged. She confirmed only one Republican filer (Valerie Prater) had a committee receipt; no filing fees were handed over or mentioned as forwarded. These notes are Exhibit D to the March 2, 2026 SOS election complaint.
