March 3, 2026 letter to Clerk Brooke Dudenhoeffer advising that the committee has had an opportunity to review the contents of the certified envelope. OCRC confirms receipt of six filing fee checks in a handwritten envelope with no cover letter. The committee clarifies that postal signature does not equal guarantee of nomination, explains the clerk’s duty to promptly forward fees, and states checks are being held for 7 days pending vetting. Reiterates zero-receipt process for committee positions and OCRC’s authority.

Note: On February 24, 2026, OCRC requested updates on any additional Republican filers after that date, however, only learned of filings by Amanda Grellner and Denise Nolte because their filing checks were in the certified envelope — no official notice or cover letter from the clerk.
