The Osage County Republican Central Committee returns Darryl Griffin’s $100 “replacement” filing fee check forwarded by the clerk. The previous submission of $100 cash was a violation of Missouri ethics laws.

OCRC returned the check, reaffirming the prior rejection of his 2026 candidacy for Presiding Commissioner.

Includes letters to Griffin and Clerk Brooke Dudenhoeffer instructing against ballot placement, the clerk’s March 13 cover letter to the “Party Chairperson,” a copy of the check, and images of the certified envelope addressed to the committee (not the treasurer).
