Linda Rantz, Chairwoman of the Osage County Republican Committee, had advised the Osage County Clerk, Brooke Dudenhoeffer, of the Committee’s requirement for potential candidates to complete vetting for the 2026 election. The Committee was preparing and printing an instructional handout for potential candidates and the Chairwoman had asked the Clerk in the previous email how many copies of the handout the Clerk would need to insert into the packets given to candidates.
On Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11:35 AM, the Osage County Clerk replied to the Osage County Republican Committee via email:
Maybe 10 at the most. If I need more I will let you know!
